 The sun beat down onto the busy people of the village as they ran around with their lives. A raccoon demon standing alone outside of his smithy wiped the sweat from his brow. Bel laid down his hammer and took his leather apron off. Right now his concern was food, because he just finished molding the last horse shoe of the day. He closed down the front of his shop and locked up. Bel's stomach made a loud rumble as he called it good, then ran out the back of the shop. After locking up the rear, he made his way home, and quickly. He stood out amongst the crowded streets, being the only demon with a bushy tail. Anyone who would stand out more

   "Ohh, these are soooo cute!" A girl squealed as she scurried around a table stacked of anime plushies. After filling her arms full of the ones she wanted and adored (too many), she blindly cut across to the section she knew James would be in. She piled the plusies into James' lap and put on her cutest expression. "Fau-Fau," She whined, making James look up from his book he'd been reading and debating to buy comfortably in one of the many chairs in the bookstore. "I'm guessing you didn't plan on them restocking after we stopped by last week?" He asked, looking at the moutain of chibi characters in his lap, down through his black rimmed glas
